Delete your account

You can delete your prosence account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open prosence and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. If you like, tell us why you are leaving. This is optional.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.
5. If you use Sign in with Apple, confirm with Apple when asked.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

Email support@prosence.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request. We complete email requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including your name and email address
• Your meetings, with their transcripts, summaries, insights and action items
• Notes you added for meetings, and your saved setups
• Your voice profiles
• Your signed-in devices and notification settings

If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke prosence’s access to your Apple ID. If that cannot be done automatically, you can do it yourself on an iPhone: open Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → prosence → Stop Using.

What is kept

• A hashed device identifier and the free-trial minutes used on that device, so the free trial cannot be reused
• A log of account events on that device (hashed device identifier, IP address, device type, time, and your reason for leaving, if you gave one), used to prevent abuse

These records are not linked to your name or email, and are kept for as long as they are needed to prevent abuse.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play settings on your phone so you are not charged again.
